Rich Chocolate Moist Cake

hye everyone! today i wanna share with you all how to baked Rich Chocolate Moist Cake.
i had try this last 2 days for my BFF Birthday and she really like it. Enjoy!


im just using the instant flour that already pack in market. just add some water, cooking oil and some eggs.

what do you need is:

1 box instant Nona Dark Chocolate Flour
3 eggs gred A
150g cooking oil
100g water

Topping:
2 tea spoon chocolate powder
3 table spoon evaporated creamer
1 table spoon water
1 tea spoon cooking oil

1. preheat oven for 180 degree for 30 minutes

2. add all the eggs, water into one whole pack of Nona Dark Chocolate Flour and mixing for 3 minutes with medium speed. beat until light and fluffy.

3. mix oil bit until light and fluffy for 1 minutes by using an electric mixer in low speed.

4. grease your cake tin and pour the oil into the cake tin. bake 40-45 minutes.
cake is ready when it pulls away from the side of the tin and when a wooden skewer in the center come out clean.

5. for the topping, mix all the ingredient using double boil until it become like creamer. pour it all the time

TIPS!
put on topping when cake is cool.
